Long time no post

I know its been forever ..................Happy New Year to all  so whats been happening welllllllllllllllllllllll.....
Besides working my buttt off including working inbetween Xmas and New Year the big news is we sold our beloved spot in Paradise and are free to roam the rest of NZ IN SEARCH OF HOLIDAY FUN..
It sold within the day even with Jack informing folk reading the sale blurb it was NOT for sale.
We are sad and relieved at the same time ,when you don't have the chance to get there its an expensive holiday and I know we will feel we made the right decision once April rolls around and we don't have fee's to pay.
We have booked a beach front cabin for next summer and we're off to Whitianga for 5 nights from the 24th of this month taking dad for a well earned break too.
Jack has grown into a large hairy man child with a taste for heavy metal and black clothing picture black skinny jeans and an Iron Maiden t-shirt On the beach aghhhhh yes can't wait for this faze to pass...
I have talked him into a couple of pairs of very cool black shorts for our holiday....
Hard to believe he will be year 10 this time round and hopefully it will be a quiter year !!! on the behaviour front he is under threat of Boarding School Invercargill way and Jack being Jack believes me, peer pressure is a pain in general he is a good lad and did extremley well in his exams much to the suprize of some of his teachers and himself we had a nice sprinkling of merits and excellences...
He is still drop dead gorgeous and has spent most of the holiday's working with his dad ... and as you can see will no longer tolerate cameras lol lovely hey!!!!!!!! no the bubbles are not for Jack ....
Hopefully when he is older and with kids of his own he will look back on his time caravaning with fond memories I think so...
So I will leave it here for now and hopefully get some scrappy stuff up if I can get round to doing any and of course share some of our break away .I have been contenplating giving PL a go rather then doing 12x12 all you girls that do PL WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS..............................

Congrats again on the quick sale. Onwards and upwards and all that. Well done to Jack for his great exam results. You must be very pleased:) PL - yes - it's a great project. Easy to personalize and make your own with so many options and so many different company's doing versions these days. Such a great way to record the day to day details and be up to date.

Great news about the sale. LOL on Jack and his current black clothes phase - been there, done that, but it was ME! And yes, funnily enough I did grow out of it...:-)

I love PL Jane, but I also still love traditional scrapbooking. I think you should give it a bash...

Well done on the sale - so many places to choose where to go now!! LOL. As for PL - "just do it" LOL. I still like traditional scrapping although am thinking I need to cut back the layouts as all those 12x12 albums are starting to take up far too much room. Might just tell more stories by way of PL and only scrap the best photos. You can do both. LOL
